The system is intended only for authorized JMB/MC staff. No tenant or resident access is provided.

• Legal and regulatory compliance

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.

All data entered into the system remains the property of the Client (JMB/MC).

• Upon confirmed deletion request, data will be permanently deleted within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal requirements.

Clients are responsible for exporting required data before termination or deletion.

Personal data may be disclosed only:

• To comply with Malaysian laws and lawful requests by authorities

• To trusted service providers strictly for system operation (e.g. hosting), under confidentiality obligations

7. Cookies & Tracking

The system may use cookies or similar technologies to:

8. User Responsibilities

Clients and Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring data entered is accurate and lawful

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), Users have the right to:
